It's the belief that we are not doomed to unrelenting, crushing pain or depression; that we will get through this and be happy again. It's the belief that tomorrow is going to be as good as, or better than, today. And it's the fervent wish of a parent of a new-born -- we hope they will be OK, they will be happy, they will thrive. Glenda, you've shown us that the definition of "OK" may be different, but no less valued, than the the norm; and that you certainly know how to be happy and thrive!
