I have a really cool product with whole live foods that does not involve cutting. It's a powdered mix to be placed in your favorite drink (I prefer water). It's awesome. You get all of your veggies and fruit in one serving and it tastes great - my 2 1/2 year old loves it! Email me if you have any questions.

Hi Glenda,

One good alternative to shopping, preparation, etc., and one that our whole family does, is to take a product called Juice Plus+ that is 17 raw, nutrient dense fruits and vegetables that are picked, juiced, and then the water, sugar, and salt is removed. What's left behind is a powder that is either put into capsules or chewable form (and even gummies for kids! - of folks who want to eat like kids...). If you're interested in finding out more (yes, we deliver to Canada and 26 other countries) just contact me at marymcd@healthyfood123.com or go to that (healthyfood123.com) website for info. We ship directly to you, so you don't even have to make a trip to the store to get your supply, and that's gotta be important with your winters there!

Since I travel extensively, I really needed something to help me with diet/eating right on the road, and it had to be portable (which leaves out a lot of the liquid supplements I had considered). Being an engineer, I did exhaustive research on it - more so because I wanted it for my children - and it can't be beat - it's the most researched 'nutriceutical' in the world, which made me feel better. It's not a vitamin, it's food; and it's even color coded -- veggies are green, fruits are red, and vineyard (berries, green tea, etc. for antioxidants boost) are purple!

The caps provide 7-9 servings of raw nutritious fruits and veggies/day. What could be easier? And no sharp implements need be involved... :-)
