Invisible Blogosphere Tangibly Impacts People

Filed under: Blogging — by Glenda at 9:11 pm on Thursday, November 1, 2007

Every so often I am reminded that the blogosphere is real relationships with not imaginary but real people. I received such a reminder in the real mail yesterday.

A few weeks ago, bestselling author and an internationally recognized marketing and publicity expert Kathleen Gage kindly interviewed me about my experience with virtual book tours for her Street Smarts Marketing blog. Busy with other things, the posted interview slipped my mind…until yesterday when I received a beautiful and thoughtful thank you in the mail, confirming that what I am doing by blogging is real and touches other people. Thank you, Kathleen, for the gift and for making the intangible tangible.

Thank you everyone. I value each of the relationships and friendships I have made in the blogosphere. A wise friend once told me, “First you become famous, then you become rich.” Well, I must already be famous because I feel so rich.

If you enjoyed this post, consider buying me a chai tea latte. Thanks kindly.
